We rank every account into one of five VIP levels, reassessed from your activity over the previous 90 calendar days — your deposit-to-withdrawal ratio and the bonuses you have received both count toward the review. A casino bonus from the Store carries a 40x wagering requirement to clear within 10 days, with the payout capped at 5x the bonus value — a 10 GBP bonus can release a maximum of 50 GBP, and it can only be played through the casino section, not live casino, sports or virtual sports.

Bonus spins from the Store are activated from your Profile and must be used within 7 days; any winnings they generate are credited as a bonus with the same 40x wagering requirement, due within 10 days. Free bets from the Store cover sports only: singles between odds of 1.51 and 5.50, a maximum stake of 100 GBP and maximum winnings of 450 GBP, which must be activated within 24 hours of being credited and used within 48 hours after that.
